Born on December 13, 1965. Graduated in Commerce (Major in Management Accountancy & Taxation) in 1988. Obtained LL.B degree in 1991. Enrolled as an Advocate on August 14, 1992. Practiced in various fields of law in the Gauhati High Court and subordinate Courts and also appeared before various Courts and Tribunals in Kolkata and New Delhi. Appointed as Additional Judge of the Gauhati High Court on November 15, 2016. Became permanent Judge w.e.f. 12.11.2018.
