Justice Parth Prateem Sahu

Hon'ble Shri Justice Parth Prateem Sahu was born in the family of Shri SR Sahu and Smt Savitri Devi Sahu at G.Jamgaon, District Dhamtari on 19th April, 1971.

Did schooling at Jabalpur and took B.Com & LLB degree from Rani Durgavati University, Jabalpur.

Enrolled as an Advocate on 12th March, 1996 and started career as such under the guidance of Dr. Nirmal Kumar Shukla, Senior Advocate.

Practiced in District and Sessions Court at Jabalpur, High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur and High Court of Chhattisgarh at Bilaspur and dealth with various branches of law, especially Civil Criminal, Service, Labour, Motor Accident Claims, Writ, Constitution, Arbitration and also dealt with many matrimonial cases.

His Lordship elevated as Additional Judge of Chhattisgarh High Court on 18th June, 2018.
