Justice Arvind Singh Chandel

Born at Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) on September 1, 1963. Took B.A. Degree from Pt. Ravi Shankar Shukla University, Raipur (Chhattisgarh) and LL.B. Degree from Guru Ghasidas University, Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh). Joined as a Civil Judge Class-II at Civil Court, Shahdol (Madhya Pradesh) on August 26, 1987. Thereafter, served in the subordinate judiciary on various posts at various places of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. Served as the Presiding Officer, State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Raipur, thereafter served as the District and Sessions Judge, Kawardha. Served as the Addtional Registrar (Administration) and the Registrar (Vigilance) and (Inspection & Inquiry) of the High Court of Chhattisgarh. Served as the Registrar General of the High Court of Chhattisgarh before elevation. Elevated and took oath as an Additional Judge of the High Court of Chhattisgarh on June 27, 2017.
