Justice Rohit Arya, Judge High Court of Madhya Pradesh Gwalior Bench, Sworn in as Judge of the High Court on 12-09-2013 and Permanent Judge on 26-03-2015. Date Of Birth 28-04-1962, Enrolled in the year August 1984 as an advocate, Designated as Senior Advocate on 26th Aug, 2003 by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh. Practiced for more than 29 yrs. in the field of civil laws, commercial (corporate fiduciary, etc.), arbitration (international/domestic), administrative, service, labour laws, tax laws, represented various individuals and bodies, viz., Central Govt., SBI, Telecom Deptt., BSNL, Employees - State Insurance Corporation, Income Tax Department.

2003-2013 Standing Counsel for Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. in M.P. High Court / Central Administrative Tribunal, Jabalpur Bench.

1991 - 2003 Represented the Telecom Department in M.P. High Court / Central Administrative Tribunal, Jabalpur Bench
