Shri Pranay Verma was born on 12th December, 1973. He is the son of late Hon’ble Shri Justice Bipin Chandra Verma, who was an Hon’ble Judge of this Court and thereafter Hon’ble Chief Justice of Punjab & Haryana High Court. After completing school education, Shri Pranay Verma obtained Bachelor Degrees in Commerce and Law. He was enrolled as an Advocate on 1st July, 1998 on the rolls of the State Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh and started practice under able guidance of Shri Ravish Chandra Agarwal, Senior Advocate. He is practicing in the High Court of Madhya Pradesh and various District Courts as well as Family Courts, Consumer Forum and Debt Recovery Tribunal for the last about 23 years. He is dealing in Civil, Constitutional, Criminal and Service matters.

Shri Pranay Verma has been counsel for Hindustan Power Projects Private Limited, Essar Power Private Limited, Jhabua Power M. P. limited, Prism Johnson Limited, National Fertilizers Limited, Corporation Bank, Commercial Automobiles Limited, M. P. Audyogik Kendriya Vikas Nigam Limited, Tega Industries Limited, Metal Scrap Corporation Limited. He also appeared for the State Bank of India in individual cases.

His Lordship administered oath of the office of Judge, High Court of Madhya Pradesh on 27.08.2021.
