Justice Deepak Kumar Agarwal

He was born on 21-09-1961. He completed his Graduation in Science (B.SC.) and his Law Graduation respectively in 1981 and 1985. He joined Judicial Service on 01-09-1987 as Civil Judge Class-II. He was Promoted as Civil Judge Class-I in 1994 and as CJM/ACJM in 1997. He was promoted as Officiating District Judge in Higher Judicial Service in 2000. He was granted Selection Grade Scale in 2009 and Super Time Scale in 2016. During his tenure as judicial Officer, he was posted in different capacity at Narsinghpur, Lakhnadon (Seoni), Ratlam, Indore, Waraseoni (Balaghat), Sagar, Hoshangabad, Mandla, Bhind, Balaghat And Gwalior. Before elevation as Judge of the High Court, he was posted as District Judge Gwalior.

His Lordship administered oath of the office of Judge, High Court of Madhya Pradesh on 25.06.2021.
