He was born on 11.10.1960. He joined Judicial Service on 07.11.1985 as Civil Judge Class- II, he was promoted as Civil Judge Class-I on 30.08.1991, AGM on 07.10.1994 and officiating District Judge in Higher Judicial Service on 30.05.1997. Shri Dubey was granted selection grade Scale w.e.f. 01.08.2003 and was granted Super Time Scale w.e.f. 19.10.2012. He has worked in different capacities at Bhind, Ujjain, Agar, Neemuch, Dewas, Rewa, Biaora, Guna, Chattarpur; Jhabua, Jabalpur, Bhopal.

Appointed as Judge of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh on October 13th, 2016 and Permanent Judge on March 17, 2018.
