Hon’ble Mr. Justice Birendra Kumar was born on 23rd May, 1963. He completed his LL.B. degree from Patna Law College, Patna in the year 1986. Practiced in various Civil and Criminal Matters in Patna Civil Court and Patna High Court. He was topper of his batch in Bihar Superior Judicial Service Examination. Joined Bihar Superior Judicial Service as Additional District & Sessions Judge in the year 1997. He held the office of Registrar General, Patna High Court from the year 2011 to 2014. Before elevation, he was posted as District and Sessions Judge, Patna. He was elevated as an Additional Judge of Patna High Court on 16th November, 2016. Transferred to Rajasthan High Court and took oath on 03.01.2022.
