Justice Siddaiah Rachaiah

Enrolled as an Advocate on 24th January, 1998 and joined the office of N.M. Swamy Advocate as a trainee Advocate and completed the training successfully and re – enrolled on 29th January 1999.

Thereafter joined the office of Mr. M.R. Srinivas, Advocate and practiced with him till 2002. Started independent practice in different fields such as Criminal, Civil, labour, Co-Operative matters, Service matters and also Constitutional matters.

On 3rd December 2015, joined office of the Advocate General as a High Court Govt. Pleader. Later worked in the office of State Public Prosecutor on criminal side. Appointed as Additional Judge of the High Court of Karnataka and taken oath on 08.11.2021.
