Justice Anil Kshetarpal

Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anil Kshetarpal was born on 19.11.1964, and hails from Kurukshetra, having a legal background as his father Sh. S.P. Kshetarpal was also a practicing Advocate at Kurukshetra. In 1987, after completing LL.B., got enrolled with Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana. Started practice at Kurukshetra in 1987. Thereafter, in May, 1988, shifted his practice to Punjab and Haryana High Court and joined the office of Hon'ble Mr. Justice V.K. Bali, Chief Justice (Retd.). In 1991, started his independent practice on civil and constitutional side. In 2014, was designated as Senior Advocate by the Punjab and Haryana High Court. His Lordship was elevated as an Additional Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh on 10.07.2017. Took oath as a Judge of High Court of Delhi on 21.07.2025.
