Justice Aman Chaudhary

Justice Aman Chaudhary is the son of Late Sh Manmohan Singh Chaudhary, Formerly Additional Chief Electoral Officer, Haryana and Chairman, HSSC and nephew of Justice Amarjeet Chaudhary, Formerly Acting Chief Justice of Punjab & Haryana High Court.

His early schooling is from St. John’s High School and Govt. Sr. Model School, Sec 16, Chandigarh. He graduated in History Honours from Govt. College, Sector 11 and thereafter, obtained his LLB Degree from the Panjab University. He remained Senior Panel Counsel, Government of India and Additional Advocate General for the State of Haryana, besides being retained by various private and Govt. Institutions.

He had practised at the High Court for 26 years in the fields of Criminal, Civil, Labour, Service Law and Arbitration.

His Lordship was elevated to the Bench of the Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh on August 16, 2022.
