Justice Harsimran Singh Sethi

His Lordship joined L.LB Course in the Panjab University, Chandigarh after graduating from Panjab University in 1987. Having completed his graduation in Law from Panjab University, Chandigarh in September, 1990, he was enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council for the States of Punjab and Haryana in the same year. While in practice, he represented Chandigarh Administration, Punjab and Haryana High Court and various other autonomous bodies of the Government of Punjab including Local Bodies, Punjab Urban Development Authority, Punjab School Education Board, MILKFED, Guru Nanak Dev University, Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar. While in College as well as in Panjab University being a keen sportsman represented Panjab University in the games of Basketball and Handball. Remained as Additional Advocate General for the State of Punjab from November 2012 till elevated as an Additional Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court on 29th October, 2018 and thereafter as permanent Judge on 11th September, 2020.
