JUSTICE PRAFULLA S. KHUBALKAR

Born on 7th December 1974 at Nagpur.

Completed his schooling from Dadasaheb Dhanwate Nagar Vidyalaya, Nagpur. Graduated from Nagpur University's Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar College of Law (LL.B.-5 years Course) in 1997. Simultaneously completed B.Com. In the year 2000 passed LL.M., in Commercial Laws.

Was awarded several Gold Medals, Silver Medals and other prizes, inlcuding the prestigious 'Silver Jubilee Prize' of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, for standing First in order of merit and securing highest marks in individual subjects, in LL.B. 5 years course.

Was enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharshtra and Goa in July 1997.

Started his practice in the chambers of then Senior Advocate Shri Sharad A. Bobde (Former Chief Justice of India).

Started independent practice in the year 2000. He has handled various Civil, Criminal, Constitutional and service matters and also conducted Arbitration cases.

Has an experience of about 27 years of practice as a lawyer. Has extensively worked before the High Court, District Courts and various Tribunals and also appeared before the Supreme Court in few matters.
