JUSTICE M. M. SATHAYE

Born on 6th Sept, 1974 at Nashik, in lawyers' family.

Did his Schooling in Adarsh Marathi School, Pethe High School and Junior College from KTHM College at Nashik. Was a merit rank holder in both S.S.C and H.S.C.

Graduated as an Engineer in Electronics and Telecommunication from College of Engineering Pune (COEP), 1995 batch.

Graduated in Law from N.B.T. Law College, Nashik in 1998, while simultaneously interning with father Adv. M. R. Sathaye. Enrolled as an advocate on 27/3/99 and joined the chambers of Sr. Adv. V. A. Thorat.

Was a member of Advocate's Association of Western India (AAWI).

Practised on Appellate Side in civil cases related to property disputes, rent possession, contractual disputes, arbitrations, insurance disputes, accident cases, family partition disputes. Represented corporate entities in property disputes and insurance matters. Also worked as an Arbitrator.

Was a trustee of Kirtikar Law Library (Appellate Side Bar) and was instrumental in its renovation and digitization, including bar-coding of books, computerising book-management system and e-Library.

Elevated as Addl. Judge of Bombay High Court on 30th November, 2022.
