JUSTICE S. G. CHAPALGAONKAR

Born on 4th March, 1973. Completed School Education from Sanskar Vidyalaya, Beed; B.S.L.,LL.B. from M.P. Law College, Aurangabad and LL.M. from University of Pune. Enrolled as an Advocate on the rolls of Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa in 1995. Practiced for initial two years at District and Sessions Court, Beed. Started practice at the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad. Practiced in Civil, Criminal, Consumer, Constitutional and Insurance matters.

Appeared for Aurangabad Municipal Corporation, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, Insurance Companies like United India Insurance Company Ltd., New India Assurance Company and other private insurance companies. Also represented Indian Radiology and Imaging Association(IRAI), PEPSICO Holdings (India) Ltd. etc. Visited as Faculty at Maharashtra Judicial Academy, Uttan.

Elevated as Additional Judge of the High Court of Judicature at Bombay on 30th November, 2022.
