JUSTICE KAMAL RASHMI KHATA

Born on 26.11.1969 at Mumbai. Did schooling from Mahindra Students Academy and completed B.Com from H.R. College of Commerce & Economics. Studied Law at Government Law College, Mumbai and Graduated in Law from K.C. Law College, Mumbai.

Enrolled as an Advocate on 19/08/1993. Appeared in matters related to Company Law, Property Law, Testamentary Law, Admiralty Law, Arbitration Law, Trade Marks Law, Writ Petitions and Public Interest Litigation. Conducted Arbitration both as an Arbitrator and as counsel. Honorary Legal Advisor to various Lad Community Trusts. Honorary Lecturer at J.C. Law College.

Appointed as Additional Judge of Bombay High Court on 19/07/2022.
