Justice Nitin R. Borkar

Born on 2nd August, 1971. Completed schooling at Gondia and L.L.B from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar College of Law, Nagpur. Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa on 8th August, 1995 and joined the office of father Advocate Shri.R.K. Borkar. Practised before the Hon'ble Bombay High Court, bench at Nagpur. Appointed as District Judge on 2nd May 2008. Worked as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Nandurbar, Chandrapur and Thane. Elevated as Additional Judge of the Bombay High Court on 5th December, 2019 and confirmed as Permanent Judge on 1st June, 2021.
