Justice Bharati Harish Dangre

Born on 10th May, 1968. Obtained degree in LLB from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar College of Law at Nagpur in the year 1990. Obtained a Post Graduate degree in Commercial Laws in the year 1992. Enrolled in September, 1990 and practised in District Court, Nagpur, High Court and extensively handled service matters before the service Tribunals. Appointed as Assistant Government Pleader in 2000. Appointed as Additional Government Pleader in 2007. Appointed as Government Pleader at Nagpur Bench on 26th June, 2014. As a Government Counsel dealt with Civil & Criminal matters and various constitutional issues and several Public Interest Litigations. Was a standing counsel for High Court of Judicature, Nagpur Improvement Trust, MSRDC. Was a Special Counsel for Forest Department. Worked as Contributory Lecturer in Law & Management Studies. Was also a Trained Mediator.

Elevated as Additional Judge of the High Court on 5th June, 2017.
