Justice K. Murali Shankar

Born on 31.05.1968 at Coimbatore to Thiru.K. Kuppuraju, retired employee of State Bank of India and Smt.V. Vijayalakshmi, Home Maker. Studied at Devanga Higher Secondary School, Coimbatore and Completed B.L. Degree at Coimbatore Law College. Enrolled in the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu in 1991 and joined in the Office of Thiru.K.V. Sivaraju, Senior Advocate, Coimbatore. Joined in Judicial service as Civil Judge in 1995 and promoted as Senior Civil Judge in 2005. Promoted as District Judge in 2013 and appointed as a Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Madurai and then Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai. Posted as Principal District Judge. Dindigul and then as Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli till elevation. Appointed as Additional Judge, High Court of Madras on 03.12.2020.
