B.Sc.(Cal), M.A.(Cantab), Bar-at-Law (Lincoln's Inn) Born on March 7, 1967, in a Barrister's family. Was enrolled as an Advocate on May 30, 1991, and practised for 22 years principally in the High Court at Calcutta. Practised in Company, Commercial, Property, Arbitration, Admiralty & Shipping, Labour, Service and Family laws as well as Constitutional matters, but specialised in Company, Property, Arbitration, Admiralty & Shipping and Labour laws. Was elevated to the Bench of the High Court at Calcutta as an Additional Judge on October 30, 2013. Appointed as Permanent Judge of the Calcutta High Court on 14.03.2016.
