Justice Aniruddha Roy

Born in Kolkata in October 1969. After completing primary and secondary education from the Hindu School was admitted to the 5 year law course in the Calcutta University, Department of Law ,Hazra Campus. After graduating from the University, was enrolled in the West Bengal Bar Council in 1995 and started practicing before the Calcutta High Court in both Original and Appellate Side dominantly in company and corporate laws, arbitration, banking and debt recovery laws, constitutional and civil matters. Appeared regularly before other High Courts,tribunals and the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. Elevated to the Bench of the High Court at Calcutta as an Additional Judge on May 05, 2020.
