Born on August 4, 1967. Graduated with Honours in Accountancy from St. Xaviers College, Kolkata. Awarded L.L.B. (five years) degree by the University of Calcutta in 1998. Was enrolled as an Advocate on April 9, 1999. Practised principally in the High Court at Calcutta in Constitutional and Taxation matters. Was elevated to the Bench as an Additional Judge of the High Court at Calcutta on September 21, 2017. Appointed as Permanent Judge of the Calcutta High Court on 16.09.2019.
