Justice Sunita Yadav

Her Ladyship was born on 13.01.1963; completed law from Ravishankar University, Raipur in 1986. She joined the Madhya Pradesh Judicial Service as Civil Judge Class II on 07.09.1987 at District Raipur (then part of M.P). She was promoted as Civil Judge Class- I on 13-06-1994 at District Raipur and as Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) on 09-06-1997. She was promoted as Officiating District Judge in Higher Judicial Service on 27.07.2000 at District Bhopal. She was granted Selection Grade Scale w.e.f 01.08.2008 and Super Time Scale w.e.f 01.10.2016. She served as the District Judge (nomenclature now used as the Principal District Judge) at Districts Ashoknagar and Datia. She has served as Judicial Officer in different capacities at places Satna, Dabra, Chhatarpur, Gwalior, Morena.

Her Ladyship has discharged her duites as Deputy Welfare Commissioner at The Commissioner, Bhopal Gas Victims, Bhopal and as Executive Director (Law), Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission, New Delhi.

Her Ladyship is married to Mr S.P. Yadav, Indian Forest Service, presently posted as Additional Director General of Project Tiger; Member Secretary of the National Tiger Conservation Authority in Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, Government of India, New Delhi and as Additional Charge of the Member Secretary , Central Zoo Authority in the Government of India.

Her Ladyship administered oath of the office of Judge, High Court of Madhya Pradesh on 25.06.2021
