Justice Arun Kumar Sharma

His Lordship was born on 29.07.1961 at Vidisha (M.P), completed Bachelors of Science and Law. Sir joined the Judicial Services as Civil Judge Class-2 on 27.08.1987. Thereafter promoted as Civil Judge Class-1 on 13.06.1994, served as Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) on 09.06.1997. Sir was promoted as officiating District Judge in Higher Judicial Services on 02-06-1999; granted Selection Grade Scale w.e.f 10.10.2007 and Super Time Scale w.e.f 11.04.2016. His Lordship discharged his duties as Judicial officer in different capacities at places Sagar, Nasrullaganj, Sehore, Bagli (Dewas), Ujjain, Indore, Sabalgarh (Morena), Agar Malwa, Bhopal, Tikamgarh and Indore.

His Lordship served as Principal District Judge at District Tikamgarh and Chattarpur. His Lordship has also discharged his duties as Prinicpal Judge, Famil Court in Chattarpur and Deputy Welfare Commissioner, Bhopal Gas Victims, Bhopal.

His Lordship administered oath of the office of Judge, High Court of Madhya Pradesh on 25.06.2021.
