Graduated in Science from SVR NSS College, Vazhoor in 1994. Studied for LL.B in Kerala Law Academy Law College, Thiruvananthapuram from 1994- 1997. Underwent pre-enrolment training from 1997 to 1998 at District Court, Kottayam. Acquired LL.M in Administrative Law, Labour Laws and Industrial Relations from Annamalai University. Commenced practice in the High Court of Kerala in December, 1998. Mainly practised in Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Service Law, Administrative Law, etc. Was engaged by various prestigious institutions and agencies as their Standing Counsel. Appointed as Central Government Counsel in 2015. Appointed as Standing Counsel for Lakshadweep Administration for the High Court of Kerala and Central Administrative Tribunal, Ernakulam Bench in 2016. Engaged as Senior Central Government Standing Counsel for Lakshadweep Administration by the Ministry of Law and Justice from 2018 to 2021. Appointed as the Assistant Solicitor General of India for the Kerala High Court on 3rd of November, 2021. Re- designated as Deputy Solicitor General of India in 2022. Was Retainer Counsel for NIA, CBI, Enforcement Directorate, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Sports Authority of India, National Highway Authority of India, Railways, National Commission for Indian Systems of Medicine, Pharmacy Council of India etc. Functioned also as the Senior Standing Counsel for Customs and Central Excise, National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences etc. Was Panel Counsel for State Bank of India & Airport Authority of India. Sworn in as Additional Judge of the High Court of Kerala on 22.3.2024.
