JUSTICE PRAVIN S. PATIL

Born on 28th February, 1973. Hails from Amravati, Vidarbha Region (Maharashtra). Son of Smt. Asha and Late Adv. S.Z. Patil. His father was Ex. Hon. Principal, Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh College of Law, Amravati. Ex-Dean of Law Faculty, Amravati. Practiced as an Advocate before District Court as well as before High Court.

He did schooling (SSC) from Manibai Gujarati High School, Amravati. Completed five years Law Course from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar College of Law at Nagpur in the year 1996.

Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa on 10/4/1997.

He practiced extensively at High Court, Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal and School Tribunal. He is specialized in cases related to Educational matters, Service matters, Election matters, Revenue matters and Public Trust matters. Appeared in P.I.L. on pro-bono basis.

Elevated as an Additional Judge of the Bombay High Court on 27th January, 2025.
