1994 - 94 : Worked in Ms R. Vaigai & Anna Mathew specializing in Service laws, Administrative Laws, Labour Laws and PILs.

1995 - 95 : Retained by M/s DePenning & DePenning. Handled a good number of intellectual property rights dispute apart from routine proceedings before the Trade Mark Registry.

Sep 1995 - Mar 2000 : Worked with Mr. Arvind P. Datar, Senior Advocate at Chennai.

From 2000 : Though initially started independent practice in November, 2000, later in May 2001 my wife Ms. S.Thenmozhi joined the office. Main areas of practice are Excise, Customs, Service Tax and Sales Tax, Civil Suits, Intellectual property disputes, Company Law related proceedings, property disputes in High Court and City Civil Courts. Also handled arbitration proceedings.

1. Graduated from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore in the Year 1994.

2. 3rd Graduate from the NLSIU to be sworn in as a Judge of the High Court after Mr. Justice Bobby Saraf from Kolkata High Court and Mr. Justice Sunil Dutt Yadav recently.

Family:

Wife S.Thenmozhi is also an advocate.

Both are studying in APL Global, Chennai in 10th and 7th Standard respectively.

Upbringing, Family and Early life:

Father Late Shri P.K ChinnaDorai was Deputy General Manager in the Indian Ordinance Factories Service (IOFS).

Mother: Home Maker.

Last among the 5 Children.

Eldest Brother: Psychiatrist consulting in various Hospitals.

3 Sisters. i) Two of them are Postgraduates in Management/ HR and are employed in Public Sector Undertaking and are married.

ii) One Sister holds a Doctorate in Ethno Botany and consults.

Schooling:

Being in a transferable service, father was transferred to different Ordinance Factories in the Country and therefore had the advantage of Schooling in Kendriya Vidyalaya Jabalpur (KVJ) (MP) and Kendriya Vidyalaya Aruvankadu, (KVA) Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu and later in the Cordite Factory Higher Secondary School, Aruvankadu, Nilgiris.
